Lt. Commander D'Tall was in the bowels of Governor's Station when she saw the Betazoid Shuttle brought there from Third Corinthians. The shuttles holds a special significance in the King's Fleet. It was once used by Admiral Gavin Viceroy and Admiral Vincent Viceroy to travel from the first Governor's Station orbiting Izar, a Betazoid Colony. Gavin is now dead. He died on Destiny Station.

D'Tall asked Ophelia Oliver if she could have the ship for the Dragons. Ophelia responded with a cold hearted, "No. Star Fleet never liked the special operations."
"Please.", the Orion looked at Ophelia.
"My answer is firm.", Ophelia responded.
Days passed. D'Tall would still go down and look at the shuttle. Finally, she showed the shuttle to Alexis and Evangeline. D'Tall looked at the girls, "Have you ever thought about a court martial and dishonorable discharge?"
Vengeance and Blade looked at D'Tall, "This is not a covert operation or rebellion, this is a liberation of a piece of King's Fleet history. It deserves to be free."
Ophelia was livid and screamed for her Chief of Security when the shuttle appeared outside the station. Summer looked at Ophelia, "The Chief is not able to respond."
"Why the hell not?", Ophelia screamed.
"He is on the shuttle.", Summer looked at the Captain.
Nancy looked at Ophelia and started to laugh, "This is not funny!", Ophelia snapped.
Nancy looked at the boss, "Fleet may bring the flyers...."
Ophelia grumbled, "I know. I know, Dragons bring the fire!"
