The history of Nicole Branson is well known. She was one of the youngest Rear Admirals in the history of Star Fleet. She earned her rank by her involvement with Admiral Bruce Montgomery who promoted the young girl with each favor she did for him.
When Nicole became the Awards Director for the Omega Fleet, her skill set alloed her to assume command of the Omega Academy. It was here that revelations about Montgomery and his career were brought to light. In a brilliant show trial, Admiral Bruce Montgomery was convicted for offering power and promotions in exchange for sex with Branson.
It was here that Branson's sexuality became clear. She had many girlfriends over that past few years growing more and more comfortable in her seuxality. Now she was with Major D'Tall. D'Tall was new to this whole girl on girl thing.
