John set foot on to Governor's to listen to yet another symposium on the Teero pipeline. He glared at Illyan as he walked by.
John walked in and stood next to Ophelia Oliver. Ophelia looked at John, "He is not as bad as you think he is."
"The Betazoid Alliance pretends to be a big part of Star Fleet, offering up their special skills to the ships of the Fleet but behind all that, they are a manipulative and conniving race who knows what we think.", John uttered from years of experience.
"Illyan built Governor's Station. He helped build the King's Fleet. He and Alexander Laree were not always part of the Elizabeth Coren Machine. They were good people. They did good things.", Ophelia looked at John.
"Illyan Coren, Alexander Laree, Gavin and Vincent Viceroy. These were foundation guys in the history of the King's Fleet. You know that. You just chose not to see it.", Ophelia looked at John.
John thought of times long ago. He thought of the first Quest, the Quest A if you prefer. He thought about Vincent, Gavin and the founders of the King's Fleet. He thought of Loiza as a beautiful young woman. He thought of the amazing sexualityof Hulanen Laree, wife of Alexander. The Betazoids were once their friend.
Now they were robbing the Ephya Colony. Now Elizabeth was tormenting Nicole Branson and the leadership of the colony. What happened to us.
John looked at Ophelia, "You see through the Elizabeth Coren cover?"
"I do. Alexander and Illyan need to be freed from this spectre.", Ophelia looked at John. John knew it now too.
