After Ophelia met with Nicole, she ordered an audience with the Governor, Commodore Vincent Viceroy. The audience was made public and the entire Omega News Network as well as other networks from around the Phoenix Fleet Protected Territory were made aware that the review of his leadership was upcoming.
No one had seen Vincent since the fateful night when he spoke with Bobbi-Lee and were intrigued to find out his defence for his own behavior with Commander T'Tan of Vulcan or the behavior of his Federation negotiator, Vice Admiral Nicole Branson.
Vincent had arranged for maximum security and had arranged for BLACK to cater the event and rest assured it had become more than just an audience with Ophelia, it had become a full fledged event.
The hover car drove up and Commodore Vincent Viceroy, Governor of Territory Omega and Commanding Officer of Federation Outpost 294 stepped out of the car. The next step was incredible and sent the reporters ito a frenzy. Bobbi-Lee Kennedy also stepped out of the car. The pair walked to the audience together hand in hand.
Vincent had trumped the media and he may very well have trumped Ophelia Masters as well. He and Bobbi-Lee showed up together...
Vincent smiled to the media and the beautiful Bobbi-Lee Kennedy stole the show in a radiant red dress. Star Fleet thinks that they can bully the Commodore but he has played this game for a long time serving as Commander In Chief of the King's Fleet and as Commander of Governor's Station.
