"My dear, you should not be out of uniform.", Hatherton looked at Admiral Shran sitting on the steps.
"James, I have done an awful thing. I spent the night with Admiral Tan.", Lissan looked at Hatherton. He rushed off like a kid who just caught the boys peaking in the girl's room. He had her.
Lissan started to cry. She would have to beg for her job, her rank and probably her assignment. Admiral Viceroy would have no choice but to remove her rank. Her career was not worth his.
Hatherton came strolling back so proud of his announcement. He looked down at her, "I hope it was worth it."
He was so proud of the opportunity to gloat. She looked at him and stood up thinking about her night of passion with the portly Clanner. She thought about kissing and then about his magical fingers. She finally grabbed Hatherton by the wrist, "You know what, James. It was worth it. To feel loved again..."
Hatherton shook his head and slowly walked away.
