"It had to be this way. Saehir Marrus needed the support of Nicole Branson to get Commander T'Ken into the prison for the full plan to take effect.", Marcus-Brutus snapped back.
"But why did she have to hurt Nicole?", Monica looked at her father.
"What do you care?", Marcus-Brutus snapped back.
Saehir Marrus had assumed the chair of the Romulan Praetorship. She however had made the move that the Federation wanted to see. She restored Admiral T'Ros to the seat of power as Eagle's Talon Task Force Commanding Officer.
As expected, T'Ros moved the ship close enough to extract Commander T'Ken from the prison on the surface of the planet. The Federation expressed its outrage but in private was well aware that this would be the course of action. The whole thing smells of a Section 31 plot.
The one unexpected turn was Commander Tchilick Tchilack adding in the escape of the Romulan T'Ken. Click has long expressed his admiration for the sheer order of the Romulan power base. Now he is part of it.
Saehir Marrus also was involved in the theft of the IRW Princess Diana to be converted to the IRW Eagle's Talon for Admiral T'Ros. Commander S'Nii is once again embarrassed after losing her command once more.
Nicole Branson was left bewildered. Monica left with Jonel Naar'Haaj. Now Saehir Marrus tricked into a relationship and used her trust to make the final move for the leadership of the Regional Romulan Government and perhaps the most powerful position in the Cheron region.
Monica looked at the monitor as Nicole walked from the Colony Complex to her hover car. She looked disheveled and alone. She looked beaten and saddened. This is out of control. Monica wanted to head to Camelot just to give her a hug and tell her everything would be okay but who the hell knows if that is true...
