Nicole looked at the two Anticans. The tension was very real but it did not solve her problem. Klingon freedom fighters were attacking the supply train. Nicole was wearing two hats, one of the mayor try to protect her citizens from the freedom fighters and one as a member of the board for paD cha'paj who was losing assets from the Ice Dilithium. She could care less about their romantic troubles. She just wanted this fixed.
Besides, she had troubles of her own. Jackie had caught her waking up with the student Beatrice Bose. It was a mess that could rival Christine's two Anticans.
She just wanted answers. Tanus looked over, "I will assign Coonel Trmel to the supply line. She has experience with terrorists."
"As long as someone is doing something.", Nicole was being a little bitch about this. She was being exactly the type of person she complained about as Governor and even as president.
There were bigger fish to fry than a supply lines and some renegade Klingons.
