"There's my supergirl.", Vincent mocked as Nicole walked into the briefing room.
"Please.", Nicole looked at Admiral Viceroy.
"How often do you think you can convince your lover of the day to parade around half naked to keep the heat off you?", Vincent was not pleased with the Governor being on the news the last few nights dressed in her super girl outfit or worse yet, the first lady standing in the snow on the balcony of the Governor's Mansion.
"Can we just get on with the business at hand?", Nicole looked at Vincent.
"The Purity Movement has a new advocate. Commodore San San'Goodo of the Tellarites has assumed command of the Tellarite Fleet. The Federation trained Tellarite is claiming that his daughter died from complications from Branson Beauty surgery. He is encouraging the Tellarite people to avoid the use of the humanocentric surgery and to return to the Tellarite way.", Admiral Deveniss briefed the senior command.
"Why is this of concern to us?", Nicole questioned.
"Commodore San'Goodo is suggesting that Grace Gra'Naarg is suffering from the same complications and this has made her an incompetent leader.", Deveniss continued.
"Commodore San'Goodo is making a play for the leadership of the Tellarite peoples. He is calling for a similar isolationist approach as Professor T'tanides and her Vulcans. This goes against the founding principles of the Federation and Starfleet and the "Home for Everyone" principle that is at the core of the King's Fleet existence.", Admiral Deveniss looked at Nicole.
"We believe that Gretchen may also be a target. This is why you were invited.", Vincent looked at Nicole.
"We want you to keep a low profile. We do not want Jaskalla parading around her humanoid body to be flaunted on every network beyond PBS and the RBC. We do not want Gretchen doing this either.", Vincent ordered.
"There is a dance for the first year students on Friday. Gretchen will be attending.", Nicole informed the leadership.
"Please ask her to tone down her look. She should even consider dressing in traditional Tellarite dress.", Vincent suggested.
He obviously did not know Gretchen.
