Orchid spent the day in the med decks serving the war with the Vulcans. The war has come to the Alpha Quadrant now with the liberation of Vulcan. Many planets are now engaged in war of their own as the restoration of the United Federation of Planets continues.
Orchid was exhausted. She needed to sleep. The war will be there tomorrow and she needed her rest. The trouble is; sleep brings one thing: Dreams of Nicole and a life she once knew.
Orchid has heard the rumors. She has even seen images of Vice Admiral Branson and Dr. Velta Varno at the Commune on the ONN subspace broadcasts. This should deter her. It does not.
Orchid is with her father, Admiral Illyan Coren. She has the best of facilities. Baby Trista spends the day with her adoptive grandmother, Loiza Coren. She has the best of care. This should deter her dreams. It does not.
