Chikace was dancing around the issue as Nicole began shouting about not being informed about the escalation of equipment being brought into Kalama. Dr. Larle said tried to dance around the issue. She tried to explain the incident as nothing of concern but Nicole was not buying it for a moment.
Vincent demanded the right to search the city using Marine force. Chikace refused. She stated it would only exacerbate the situation. Vincent tossed the PADD with the information from Dinn at the hybrid Ambassador, "The situation is already out of control."
Nicole glared at the Klingon. She was already embarrassed on accepting the Klingons. Now this, General Kreeg and the House of Olarg is now a serious threat.
Vincent looked at Dr. Larle, "Casey, this is no longer an option. At the very least, we need permission to scan the city."
The Klingon paced back and forth under the immense pressure to still support her Klingon colleagues but to be in support of the Phoenix Colony.
Vincent finally looked at Nicole, "By order of the Phoenix Federation, we will scan the city."
Vincent wanted to get Nicole's approval first but time was becoming more important.
No sooner did Vincent get the words out of his mouth when the secondary word came in, "Commodore Viceroy, this is Captain John Warren, we have 2 Klingon ships decloaking in high orbit, above Governor's Station."
Commander Elizabeth Coren, thus far silent in the conversation suddenly beamed to the station. Vincent turned around. Now this was serious. Elizabeth took her job as Station Commanding Officer very seriously.
Vincent looked at Chikace, "We are scanning the city."
"What the hell is that?", Vincent pointed to the Carrier hidden under the city.
Everyone looked at one another. Vincent looked at Nicole, "To me, this is a violation of their citizenship and territory agreement."
Nicole looked at Dr. Larle, "Casey, the Klingons either have to turn over their weapons or leave."
Dr. Larle looked Nicole and suddenly defiantly responded, "That is not gonna to happen."
Vincent looked at Nicole, "I guess we know where the Klingons stand..."
