Lindsay Viceroy is the Roderick's daughter entrusted to the Phoenix Federation and to "Uncle" Vincent by Roderick and Susanna. She had been a stellar performer serving as Operations Commander for the USS / CGV Tanmesad before being promoted to Chief of Operations on Station Destiny, the incredible Dyson Sphere.
She had been a darling of the station embracing its Baku hosts and demonstrating strong leadership in conjunction with Commodore Tan. When the Station was abandoned, Lindsay Viceroy returned to the Phoenix Colony and was given the plumb role serving with the retired community of Wells City. It was during this capacity that she met Captain S'Nii, the Vulcan Executive Officer of the USS Wrath of Prometheus.
The pair were soon inseparable following the example of Nicole Branson and Magenta Coren-Branson. Vincent was annoyed but thought it was just a phase. When the Wrath of Prometheus needed to expand its senior staff, Lindsay quickly accepted. Vincent actually believed this would be beneficial to ending the phase. There were literally hundreds of fine men on the Prometheus and John Warren may be the most masculine of customer in the Phoenix Federation. His demeanor with the ladies would make Kirk proud.
When the war with the Klingons began, The Jarada fulfilled their obligation to the Phoenix Colony by building another Sovereign Class and christening her the USS Quasar Quest. It was most appropriate that Captain John Warren become the Captain of the third ship to bare the name.
The growth of Captain S'Nii under Warren is remarkable. She is well deserved of the role of Captain of the USS Wrath of Prometheus. Vincent was going over the Battle Group King's ships and leadership reading with a certain pride that Commander Lindsay Viceroy had been promoted to Executive Officer.
His peace and pride were disturbed when Dr. Chikace Larle in all her Klingon glory entered the room. Casey looked at Vincent. She knew that he often spent the morning going over crew assignments. Casey looked at Vincent, "I bring you a message from General Kreeg. Back off. Began the evacuation of the Klingon colony."
Vincent stood up, "The PHOENIX COLONY!"
Casey tossed him a PADD. Vincent looked down.
"That is supposed to intimidate me.", Vincent snapped.
"I know you hate it.", Casey snarled.
"I know you don't want the Viceroy name associated with this behavior. General Kreeg will stop at nothing now. The losses in space only serve to accelerate their anger.", Casey continued.
"Look Casey, you tell Kreeg, my niece can do anything she wants. She is a grown lady. Casey... You tell Kreeg that there is an operative aboard the Prometheus and my niece is put at risk, it will be a lot easier for the Klingons to EVACUATE, because we will put them in body bags.", Vincent growled.
Vincent looked at the pictures again as Casey left with his message.
"Lindsay, how could you?", Vincent frowned.
"Dammit, Nicole. How are you able to be so influential to those around you? Manipulative little bitch.", Vincent tossed the PADD against the wall.
