"I am not going in there if Commodore Viceroy is at the table.", T'Ros snapped.
"Please Commander.", Commander Elora Vasa begged. Elora had never seen such behavior.
"It is typically cowardly of the Romulans to respond. When they are unable to move their chess pieces, they simply stall.", Commander T'tan smiled as she brushed by the Romulan.
"Vulcan dog.", T'Ros snapped.
"Dog is usually a term reserved for a Klingon.", T'Ros snapped.
"Honey, I think I might need your assistance.", Elora smiled at the reference.
The Klingon female came over and stood next to T'Ros.
"You summoned the dog.", Honey smiled. She had been asked to join the talks to represent Kalama. Having General Larle represent the Klingons was not very condusive to talks because Dr. Chikace Larle is still see as the villain who commanded the House of Olarg in the invasion of the colony.
T'Ros wanted no part of the Klingon so she entered the room. She glared at Nicole Branson, "Commodore Viceroy can sit as an observer but he is not permitted to speak. This is a civilian matter."
"Come on, nothing the Romulans do is civilian or CIVIL for that matter.", Vincent snapped at T'Ros.
T'Ros glared at Viceroy and then turned to Nicole, "Madame Vice President, I must also request that you not sit at the negotiation table. While I will concede that the colony license and lease is the property of the Phoenix Federation, the governance of the colony is independent and this independence is one of the cornerstones of the Phoenix Federation charter."
Nicole stood up, "You kidnapped our children and we don't get to sit at the table."
T'Ros responded, "The Vidiian Captain kidnapped your children. The Romulan Consulate and the Colony of Vorta'Rome were happy to assist Commodore Viceroy in the retreival of the children even broadcasting a signal to give the Commodore a clue to their location. We, the Romulan inhabitants of the Phoenix Colony are very happy to see your children returned to you without incident. Congratulations, Ms. Branson."
Nicole shook her head and went over to sulk with Vincent.
T'Ros looked at Christine T'Nley standing behind Governor Porter, "I must ask that Ms. T'Nley be removed from the session all together."
"What?", Cole stood up.
"Ms. T'Nley is a known member of the Phoenix Colony media and will be unable to keep the talks quiet. She also is a fully funded supporter of the Federation Broadcasting Network and is prone to discuss the incidents on the colony with the Federation affecting the political relationship between the Romulan Star Empire and the United Federation of Planets. Such detremental reporting can not be permitted as part of this process.", T'Ros complained.
Cole turned around and shrugged. Christine glared at Commander T'Ros.
"I must remind the Governor that discussing the contents of these discussions with Christine T'Nley would be considered an act of aggression against the Colony of Rome.", T'Ros glared at the Governor.
"Oh and kidnapping the children of the Colony senior staff is not.", Cole shouted back.
T'Ros stormed from the room, "I don't have to listen to this bullS**t."
Cole shook his head. Vincent stood up, "That went well."
The Romulan have only just begun. This is a real mess now.
