"What the hell is Cataria Sunrise anyway?", S'Nii looked at Lindsay.
"Cataria is a lake on Betazed and the Sunrise is the symbol of rebirth. We should be honoured to bare the name on our ship and in homage to the Betazoid Alliance. The Alliance stood mightily against the advancing hordes of the Empire of V'Ros.", Lindsay smiled, pacing on her bridge. She never thought sitting next to trainee Gowen Garak that that would be possible.
"Please Linds, just remember that Elizabeth Coren has tried many times to bring down the colony and now we flew a ship to honor her legacy. Most illogical.", S'Nii mocked her own Vulcan heritage.
"Time heals all things. Enemies become friends. Illyan is our executive officer and Governors is their station.", Lindsay shrugged.
"Just think, mere days ago you had quit on our relationship and your career and now look where we are", Lindsay smiled.
"Flying a decommissioned Betazoid Alliance a throw in as a concession to the UFP. Lucky us.", the Vulcan mocked.
Lindsay was not too pleased and walked into the ready room in a huff. Perhaps Sunny's bitterness over her own failure would be too much to bare.
