Paul had worn a little bikini, complete with a tiny mini skirt to hide his manhood should there be a littler raise. The top had a little sheer overlay which was used to create the appearance of breasts even when there weren't anyway.
Paul was excited to spend a few days at the Riisian resort after being rebuffed by Richard in Paris. He was looking forward to having some time alone with Wolf but was heartbroken to learn that Wolf thought of their holo suite encounter as a mistake. Wolf literally told Paul that he wanted to be able to say that he had tried it but did not like it. Effectively Paul was used by his Chief of Security.

Colonel Tanus came walking out to the pool side. Paul looked over at the King's Fleet Special Forces commanding officer, "What are you doing here?"
"Wolf felt it inappropriate to leave the President of the Federation alone. He had to meet with Admiral Madison. He approached the King's Fleet for a protective services officer. I was returning from Paris after the potential targets briefing. Admiral Viceroy asked me to stop by. Asa soldier, I complied.", Tanus responded.
"How is Louisa?", Paul really did not care about the Mousian but feigned interest.
"Good.", Tanus responded, "And Richard?"
Paul started to cry and proceeded to tell Tanus all about her getting pushed away by Richard and then fucked and tossed aside by Wolf. Tanus could not help himself. He held Paul, dressed in that incredible bikini. Tanus thought about his battlefield romance with Belvedere Brown and his relationship with Paul. It was just different. He was just different.
Tanus could feel the bulge in Paul against his little skirt. His bikini was no longer able to maintain his transgendered secret. Tanus should have pushed him away. He was supposed to be with Loiusa.
Even though it was only an asteroid recreation, it was still Riisa at its core. There is something about the pheromones that are a part of the culture. Tanus could not control himself any more.
