Admiral Gabriel Moyer was informed by Starfleet that he was to bring Covenant Station back online as part of the ongoing Klingon Federation negotiations and that the station would become a stopover point for both powers. Admiral Moyer was told that failure to do so would result in the revocation of the King’s Fleet regional authority.
Gabriel is convinced that there are those in Starfleet who are not as supportive of the alliance other and who believe the King’s Fleet will fail and can be blamed for breaking the alliance. Bunny was very happy. Do nothing and everyone wins.
Gabriel was not so easily convinced. This was a chance, his chance to rebuild his career. There is trouble in the inner circle.
