Nicole was pleased to welcome Captain S'Nii of the USS Wrath of Prometheus to speak at the Academy after the Tidal Wave Incident. Nicole was unaware that S'Nii had made a bet with Veronica Viceroy that the USS Wrath of Prometheus would get to fire the first shot in the war with the Federation.
The bet was simple. If S'Nii won, Veronica would make her speech to the student populaton naked. If Veronica won, S'Nii would have to make her speech dressed as a cheerleader. S'Nii was furious when the shot went to Shianna Baxton the USS Providence but in true Vulcan logic and true to her word, she agreed to give the speech dressed as a cheerleader.
Much to Vincent Viceroy's chagrin, she convinced her First Officer to appear in the same garb. Vincent and Nicole shared the role as co-Chancellor of the Academy. Nicole thought the actions were hilarious.
Vincent was already upset to see Lindsay Viceroy parading around putting the Viceroy name on the line with her behavior with Captain S'Nii and now to see her prancing around the Academy dressed like a cheerleader, it only made his blood boil even further.
Vincent only nodded as the pair came into the Academy.
