The Baxton One Shuttle flies in from the Governor's Station to the Colony landing at the Federation Complex transporting two important UFP Councilors.They came to meet with the top guns of the Phoenix Federation for diplomatic solutions and to improve the relations between the United Federation of Planets and the Phoenix Federation.
Anna and Shianna Stand there at in the conference room with all the political heads and the military senior staff.They see their father and mother Eugene Baxton the Head Councilor and Nicole Baxton the Senior Councilor of the UFP walking in the room.Both Anna and Shianna are shocked to see their parents there representing the United Federation of Planets.
This is apparently the biggest and most important meeting yet to be held on the colony.Even Christine from ONN was invited to cover this meeting.So far the only thing anyone knows of this meet is that it's about the relations with the Phoenix and UFP.Plus the matter of the EMP problem which is causing many power level problems.Furthermore,the whole stolen cargo from the T-Rex and the Romulan interest of the cargo.

Admiral Veltkamp walked up to the pair and shook hands. Tim knew Nicole and Eugene as part of his responsibilities as Federation Liaison for the Phoenix Colony. Nicole kissed him on the cheek. Her radiant beauty could fill the room. Tim knew immediately where Anna got her charisma from.
Eugene pointed out that the Romulans had left the Nuetral Zone and had appeared near Starbase 185. Commodore Tan walked into the room. He listened to the explanation. The portly Tan shook his head and walked away.
"A problem, Commodore?", Veltkamp asked.
"Just like the Federation to blame the Romulans for violation of a Tomed Accord. The facts are that Starfleet Intelligence is responsible for all this. Their manipulation of Phoenix Colony politics to try to gain control of the Omega Sands and now stealing the AI technology from the Phoenix Federation. This is not a Romulan problem. This is a Starfleet problem.", Tan waved his hands and walked from the welcoming deck.
"I have no knowledge of any theft by Star Fleet.", Eugene responded.
Vincent walked in. He could see that Eugene really did not know. His own daughter had been involved in the incident and they had not had a chance to talk. Vincent looked at Summer and Eugene, "Commander Vasa, I believe we have to show Mr. Baxton and his lively wife the truth."
Eugene walked. Nicole covered her mouth. This was not the Star Fleet she knew. Vincent looked at the pair and slowly walked from the room. This was gonna be tough to digest.
Eugene walked out of the Operations Deck main room. He looked at Christine capturing the event. He knew her from other events. Eugene walked over to the face of ONN.
"On behalf of the United Federation of Planets, I would like to apologize to the citizens of the Phoenix Federation, its centerpiece the Phoenix Colony and to those who still believe in the high moral standard of the United Federation of Planets for the recent actions of Starfleet, the military support of the civilian government. These actions will be fully investigated and the proper actions taken.", the ambassador spoke.
Chrisine almost fell down in shock. This was a man they could deal with. He understood.
