Vincent and John were arguing about routes through Klingon Space. Captain Warren wanted to take the shortest route but Vincent already had assurances from Sub-Commander T'Ken that the Romulans would not attack any Phoenix Federation Vessels.
President Hunt, Captain Merken Vreenak and the Phoenix Federation have a nice working relationship with the Romulans. Despite Commander T'Ros' leanings, she is honorable in her approach. This gaurantee would mean the Hellraisers could travel along the Romulan side of the neutral zone without incident but would increase their travel time substantially.
"The Kings could follow the Hellraisers. The Klingons are not likely to attack the group of 8 ships.", John boasted.
"You are a fool, John. After what happened here, the Klingons would love to kick our asses in their space.", Vincent snapped.
Summer walked in, "This is something that will be decided by Captain Morris not by you too."
"Agreed but he is still young. We need to give at least the opportunity to start out without an incident.", John looked at the station's Operations Commander.
"There may be a third option.", General Hon'Tihl Kabarann entered Station Ops.
"What are you doing here?", Summer asked.
"Mending fences.", the former Governor looked at Summer.
"Your option, General.", Vincent looked at the oddly beautiful Klingon female.
"What a Klingon Bird of Prey led you through Klingon territory?", Kabarann proposed.
"Whose ship?", Summer interrupted.
"The House of Olarg still maintains approximately 8 ships in case our honor is at stake.", Honey responded.
"This poses an interesting option.", John smiled.
The General walked from the room, "I will leave it your capable hands."
Summer waited for her to leave, "A trap?"
Vincent looked at the Betazoid, "Could be..."
