"Captain Paige.", Elizabeth looked at Alexander through the main viewer.
"Commodore Coren.", Alexander looked at the Betazoid Commodore from the bridge of the beautiful Galaxy Class.
Indigo walked in, "Hello Auntie."
Elizabeth looked at the former Omega Academy darling, "Lieutenant."
"Captain, I need you to assume command of the King's Battlegroup.", Elizabeth bluntly ordered.
"What? Captain John Warren is the Task Force Commander.", Paige looked at the screen.
"Look. We need to stop this song and dance. Star Fleet is headquartered in Paris. The colony is NOT Earth or Betazed for that matter. It is not a centerpiece, it is a seperatist bunch of lunatics.", Elizabeth snapped.
"You misunderstand. The colony is much more.", Alexander remembered fondly his days as a student at Nicole's Academy. The all inclusive "home" was way different than the humano-centric Star Fleet Academy.
"Look, I am a Commodore. You are hereby ordered to announce that the King's Battlegroup is under your command and is loyal to the rightful Star Fleet and not this lunatic Hunt, his bitch Branson... God he is probably f**king her, and your Kirkian lunatic John Warren. Do you freakin' job!", Elizabeth shouted.
Alexander lowered his hand and placed it beneath the hand of Indigo Coren, his pilot. She stood up, "I am doing my job, Commodore. My job is to protect the USS Princess Diana and its crew. They have welcomed me with open arms and have reminded me why I got into this business. To help and to serve. I had forgotten that becoming an instrument of Admiral Dominic Montgomery's hatred of the Branson Family and using the Washington to attack the Colony. I know now that the colony, Admiral William Hunt and Governor Nicole Branson are good people. They are here to protect not only the planets of the Amanda Corridor but of the United Federation of Planets as well."
Alexander looked at Indigo with love in his eyes. She could feel the intense warmth right there. She was moved to near tears, "Your family has produced some of the finest officers in the Phoenix Fleet. Your family has produced some of the great heroes of Space Exploration history. You should embrace your history and not your hatred."
Alexander kissed Indigo deeply on the mouth. Elizabeth was furious!! She slammed her hand on the console.
