The Public Works Department, in an effort to deal with strains on resources presented by the addition of the City of Tokyo and to deal with the water requirements necessary to cool Omega Projects at Boston, Tokyo and Rome, has been able to successfully complete one the great projects in our history, a water recycling depot.
With private support, encouraged by the business community of Veltkamp Village, the Department opens the facility in the Village.
