Her fingernails raked his back, digging deep, drawing blood. And Marcus took that pain and channeled it, changed it into part of his climb to sexual bliss. She kissed him as his exertions peaked, biting his tongue, sending him over the edge. And just he fell into that moment of climax, she did as well.
Her screams so loud they muffled the footsteps of the intruder that made its way across the warehouse toward the office door.
“I am so pleased….” T’Ros panted. “That you decided to keep the best attributes of a Romulan man.”
Marcus looked down at the bronze beauty beneath him. “It’ took some persuasion … the doctors fought hard against it.”
T’Ros squeezed him with her pelvic muscles. “They could not stand the thought of the magnificent tool they had given you.”
The sound of a door latch stopped their conversation and they froze on the couch. T’Ros reached down to the leg sheath still holding a dagger and handed it to Marcus. He took it from her and watched the door as it slowly opened.
At first only a shadow appeared. Marcus flipped the dagger into a throwing hold and judged the distance to the door. As soon as the silhouette of the intruder presented itself, Marcus tossed the knife with all his strength. At the same instant he leapt off T’Ros and ran for the intruder. The knife caught him in the neck and he dropped his phaser grasping for the hilt of the dagger. But Marcus was upon him now, knocking the wind from him with a blow with his knee into the groin. At once he grabbed the knife and pushed it deeper into the mans flesh.
“Who are you!” Marcus roared into the mans ear. The intruder gagged, his legs beginning to buckle.
“I’ll ask only once more. Who are YOU!” Marcus shouted as he started turning the blade toward the carotid artery in the intruders neck. But the intruder only turned his eyes to Marcus and spat in his face.
With one swift motion Marcus sliced the artery in two, blood spurting out over them both. The intruder slumped to the floor as T’Ros turned the lights up from a control at the desk.
“Romulan.” T’Ros said seeing the mans face for the first time.
Marcus rifled thru the mans cloths and almost immediately found the lapel pin. Taking the phaser from the dead mans hand he melted the pin on the floor.
“Question is, which of us was he after.?” Marcus said.
T’Ros walked over and studied the dead mans face. “No one I recognize.”
“I thought I was being tailed before I passed through the courtyard.”
“You were, but that was one of my men.”
Walking over to a basin to wash off the blood from his chest and arms, “Did you have security follow us here?”
Shaking her head. “No. I felt sure you were clean.”
Having removed most of the blood, Marcus came back to the body, pulled the dagger from the neck and looked around for bag. Finding one he put the dagger into it. ‘I’ll return this.”
T’Ros nodded. “Send me a copy of the DNA report. I’ll cross check against my resources.”
She turned and looked out the door, the warehouse was empty.
“I think he was alone.”
Marcus came up behind her and cupped her breasts. His body, growing with excitement pressed against hers.
“Probably, We could go look, be sure.”
She pushed against him. “Lets not.”
