Does this girl have no morals or what? Vice Admiral Nicole Branson was abused and embarrassed by Admiral Bruce Montgomery on route to her valued and high position as a Rear Admiral in Star Fleet. Public testimonial confirms that she gave of herself in order to get promoted by Montgomery and then asked for us to feel sorry for her despite her new found power.
She then used that power to influence Admiral William Hunt and Admiral Tim Veltkamp moving from a simple "Awards Development" position, a supply post making medal to Deputy Commander In Chief of the whole Phoenix Fleet and was given command of the Colony. This girl will do anything for power.
When her colony was threatened, she befriend a viral expert and used her too, taking advantage of Dr. Orchid Coren to rid Outpost 294 of the Romulans. This time she was caught. The courts stole power from her and forced Commodore Vincent Viceroy to take command of the colony. Still Nicole, through her influence particular with her hand chosen engineer Commander Acrylos Teero ruled the colony in absentia. Her support amongst the populace for giving them free housing and free land is overwhelming even though it was the Phoenix Fleet and the United Federation of Planets that gave the colony to her. She has used it to her very advantage.
Nicole was a coward leaving the liberation of the colony to Commodore Viceroy and the Colonel Belvedere Brown of the Dogs of War. She is a civil servant who weilds too much power. Nicole has seen this power hurt her relationship with Dr. Coren and even let the failure of that relationship drive her out of the public spotlight in the last two years allowing Governor Skylight Greene to garner her own powerbase but now Nicole is back manipulating the situation.
I saw her dancing with Skylight Greene. I saw the way she looked at her. Beware, Governor. This is not a future girlfriend, this is a savage bloodsucker hell bent on power and someone who will do anything to get it.
