Vincent left for Jersey to try to speak to the Tamarians. Nicole was going to meet with Acrylos Teero about getting the power back on at the Marker Site to give the Tamarians something to use to get the industrial replicators on-line for the construction of the city.
Nicole's real concern was how the crew of the Elizabeth were doing....

"Cinnamon, this better work this time.", S'Nii ordered.
"It will.", Cinnamon called from engineering.
S'Nii looked at Magenta, "Ok, Magic, make this work."
Magenta turned around, "Only one person gets to call me Magic, Sunny."
S'Nii tried to force a smile. She would not make that mistake again.
Magenta began tapping buttons on the helm. The Galaxy was far bigger than any support ship she had run on Corinthian Station. The ship began to heve a bit and then started moving.
S'Nii smiled, "Cinnamon, adjust the dampeners."
"Yes, Ma'am.", Ms. Leo responded.
Magenta banked the QE II hard and she rolled around the corner. S'Nii ordered the active crew to the bridge. S'Nii stood up as Magenta stepped away from the helm.
"How we doing, Cinnamon.", S'Nii asked.
"Perfectly, Captain S'Nii.", the student leader responded.
"Are we go?", S'Nii replied.
"We are go.", Cinnamon smiled.
"Yes!!", She shouted, forgetting that the combadge was still open.
S'Nii looked at Magenta. They both laughed.

Nicole was working out details of citizenship in the city of Tokyo for the Tamarians and details of the formal document of their surrender. She heard the call.
"Oh my god!!", Nicole jumped to her feet.

Nicole was almost frantic believing that S'Nii may attempt a bombing run.
Aboard the Elizabeth, S'Nii and her staff were horribly disappointed. They had worked so hard over the past few days.

Captain S'Nii was almost pleading in her voice as she gave the message.

The Queen Elizabeth shook the temporary structure and banked into the mountainous countryside. Commodore Viceroy, General Smith and their Tamarian Counterparts stepped outside as the beautiful Galaxy made her way past.
Vincent smiled. The Colony would be well protected now. General Smith looked at the Tamarians. The tables had turned. If the Tamarians did not accept the peace accord, the Elizabeth would obliterate the mountains as the Romulans had suggested.
The terrorist war ended without a shot from the Tamarians and the construction of Tokyo can begin within the week.

Captain S'Nii assembled her staff. She informed them that the QE II would be placed in high orbit and would be the support ship for the Phoenix Colony. She informed the staff that she was going to remain on board the ship but they were welcome to return to the surface. Any student wishing to join the staff could sign up.
S'Nii looked at Magenta, "Will you be staying aboard, Number One?"
"No way!! Now that this bucket is flying, I am going to see Nikki.", Magenta smiled deviously.
S'Nii looked at Cinnamon, "You?"
"I need to transfer Student Governance. I am recommending Harper Todd for the new Student President. He was most helpful up here.", she smiled.
"I will need to be on the surface for a while.", Cinnamon explained.
"Dismissed and thank you all.", S'Nii smiled.
"Thanks Sunny.", Magenta smiled and hugged the Captain. She was heading for the surface.
