Christine used it as a public service. She blocked off a portion of the air time on OWN to allow personnel serving on the Colony, on the ships of the King's Fleet, on the Observatory or in the marine corps to beam messages back home.
It was used often by the marines and in relation to their Antican leader it became known as the Wolf Howl, a faint voice in the night.
In recent history, because of the tension between the Betazoid Alliance and Darona, some users have used it as a moment to give political commentary. Christine hated these. This is reserved for her to do. She loved to skewer the leadership of the colony and the fleet.
When the Bzzit Khakt fighter pilot and her one night stand Tracklerca asked for permission to use the service, Christine never thought much of it. She had no idea what he was about to.
Tracer used it as a opportunity to profess his love for the Vulcan-Romulan hybrid and then to call her a hypocrite for claiming her distaste for General Brown, for leading him on and for her claims that she wanted no part in a potential child bearing relationship with the Antican Marine Commandant.
Tracer stood up in the booth and he let out a howl, "I loved you and would have treated you with the respect you deserve forever."
Tracer then uploaded the image for all to see.
"I loved you!", the hurt pilot sobbed as he left the booth.
Christine glared at him. She had never been outed in this way before. She was furious.
