John invited the senior command of all the vessels to an informal get together to help Velvet Sanders integrate with the crews. Velvet and the Chariot had been thrust into service in the humanitarian mission to Delavan.

John hoped that the meet and greet would help integrate Sanders, especially with a potential conflict with Klingons over the Delavan attack.

John was standing with Commander T'Zohl when Captain S'Nii and Commander Lindsay Viceroy entered the meet and greet.

T'Zohl scoffed at their attire. She did not like the emotionally open S'Nii already for her multiple command errors but to behave with such flamboyance was highly inappropriate.

Velvet looked at Autumn. She was still trying to come to grips with the drop beacon incident. The flamboyance of the command crew of the Providence made her very uncomfortable.

Velvet whispered toAutumn, "Let's never dress like that."

"Agreed.", commander Laree responded.
