"The colony charter was assigned by the United Federation of Planets and approved by the Betazoid Alliance. Having the remnants of the Phoenix Federation on the colony, terrtory unassigned would be considered a violation.", Summer looked at Tan and Vincent.
"We owe them.", Vincent looked Summer.
"We could be bringing the wrath of the Federation and Starfleet.", Summer looked at both men.
"What about offering up a sub-charter agreement which would forbid the use of the HAWC, any of its discoveries or staff against either the Federation or Starfleet.", Tan looked at Vincent."
"Or the King's Fleet for that matter.", Summer announced.
"I will inform Captain Samantha Hunt of the conditons.", Vincent looked at his senior advisory staff.
"And what if she refuses.", Summer looked at Vincent.
"Samantha Hunt is blessed with some of the most remarkable programming in the known worlds. She is probably the most intelligent person on the planetoid. She will know it is the right thing to do.", Vincent looked at Summer.
"Who is going to go out there?", Summer looked at the pair.
"It must be someone not seen as a threat. Send Branson. Hunt will not hurt her. She is not a threat.", Vincent looked at Summer.
"She certainly is not.", Summer chuckled, mocking the Governor.
