Part of the mandate given Admiral Nicole Branson as Chief of Staff was to achieve gender balance in recruitment or reassignment. One of the most gender biased departments was the hospital. Both Skye and Nicole like girls and recruited accordingly.
The first step was Dr. Zach Tchilack as the physicist turned physician became a male. Zach had helped with the badly slanted balance but asking doctors who have access to high end medical technology in 2396 to come to 2016 was like pulling teeth.
Nicole did the next best thing offering VPH to the existing medical staff. This too was met with very poor results. The last option was to do so by rank. Nicole sat down with fourth year student Ensign Agatha Montgomery and flat out told her she could either participate or return to 2396. Agatha had been reluctant to accept King's Fleet rank choosing to stay loyal to Starfleet and the Montgomery family.
Agatha used the only card she had. She would agree to assist with gender balance in exchange for residency at the hospital and the rank of Doctor. Nicole spoke to Skye. Skye felt that Agatha was ready.
Agatha returned from Paris 2396 to Brooklyn 2016 as Doctor August Montgomery. He cast a handsome figure.
When Agatha was a student, she used to spend hours at the hospital on the network preparing papers and studying. Often her studies would lead to troubles with the computers so Winona would come down and help her. The pair had become great friends and even had kissed once. Both decided that it was not what they wanted. Winona however still felt a great love for Agatha. In her dreams, she had secretly wished that Agatha was a man.
When Winona saw the handsome August at the hospital, the it was like a miracle. Her wish had come true. She had to act on her fantasy.
August returned to the Renaissance. He was tired. He had worked a long shift at the hospital. He removed his jacket and walked into the living room. Sitting on the chair was the hospital IT support person, Winona Warren.
August looked at Winona, "I am very flattered but I am still learning how everything's not works. Hell I am still peeing sitting down."
"I am not ready for sex; especially sex with a female.", August looked at Winona.
"Can I still stay with you, knowing sex is off the table?", Winona asked.
"I guess.", August smiled.
Winona cuddled up against the new doctor. The pair watched tv and talked about the day. The scantily clad Winona crawled into bed with August. He felt stirrings in his body that he still did not understand.
Every guy knows about "morning wood"; a defence mechanism against urinating in the night. August had a hard on when Winona rolled over. Her hand accidentally touched his underwear.
Winona was geeky. She was the daughter of a legendary Starfleet Captain. She rarely got an opportunity to be this close to a man. Either her affinity for computers and science would turn them off or her father would scare them off. Winona loved the feel. She had to do something.
She disappeared under the covers swallowing her doctor companion as hard and deep as she could. August moaned as he slowly come to. The sheets were bobbing up and down as Winona slurped on his manhood. August gripped the covers as he became more and more excited. August pulled the covers back.
Winona looked at August, "Do you want me to stop?"
August choked on his word, "N. N. No."
Winona went back to her job. August grabbed for the pillow as he exploded into the mouth of his IT geek girl. Winona giggled as she wiped her mouth. August looked at her, "You are a bad girl."
"But I am your bad girl.", Winona offered.
"Oh yes you are.", August pulled her up next to him, kissing her on the forehead.
