Omega Prime Mayor Vincent Viceroy and his beautiful wife, Bobbi-Lee addressed the Omega Academy students and staff to concede the election to Tabrine Mandu of Cairo. Vincent was gracious, impressive and even honorable as he applauded the Caitian leader of the colony.
Vincent and Bobbi-Lee looked positively radiant with the potential birth of their child in August 2389. This is a joyous occasion and not a failure.
